The Heart Chakra.

The heart chakra is located just behind the heart muscle, the colour is green and also shades of pink and the main function is Transformation.
When the energy is not restricted to the heart centre you will feel compassion, love of self and others, balance and a commitment to the truth, inner transformation and feelings of pain at times, respons-ability, a calling/vocation to do service for others, movement towards social action for change, respect for ancestors and elders, free movement of your breath, a lack of fear and having faith in the divine.

When energy is restricted in the heart centre you will experience and feel,
Confusion and frustration, lack clarity and direction in your life, lack commitment to essential mundane matters, abuse love, abuse alcohol (spirits), fear your great capacity to give and receive love, paralysed by past hurts and therefore be afraid to reach out causing physical ailments.

Which would be, immune disorders, cancer, heart problems, chest infections, disorders of the nervous system, depression.
